Payment on Delivery Policy
ShoppyMart operates strictly on a Payment on Delivery (POD) basis.
This means customers are required to inspect their items at the point of delivery before making payment.
Once payment has been made and the delivery agent has left, the transaction is considered completed and accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted at the point of delivery under the following conditions:
The item delivered is damaged
The item delivered is defective
The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)
If any of the above issues are noticed, do not make payment. Kindly notify the delivery agent immediately so the item can be returned on the spot.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
Change of mind after payment
Issues reported after the delivery agent has left
Used, worn, washed, or altered items
Items without original packaging or accessories
Refund Policy
Because ShoppyMart operates on Payment on Delivery, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, in rare cases where payment has been made and an error is confirmed to be on our part, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 business days through an agreed method.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
